Charity Golf Day

Cootharinga's 12th Annual Charity Golf Day was held on Friday 19 April 2013 at the Townsville Golf Club.  A huge congratulations to Team 106.3 who won this years event!!!!!!   Commencing at 7.00am we kicked off with a BBQ breakfast, followed by a free sausage sizzle throughout the event and ending with a presentation luncheon.   A bottle of Penfolds Grange was our lucky door prize which was won by DAV Electriical.      The event is an 18 hole Ambrose with a shotgun start. Golfers  also enjoyed competing for the novelty events...longest drive, bookies hole and putting competition.   The luncheon will conclude the day consisting of a delicious buffet at 2.00pm.  The buffet will be catered by Cuisine to Go and teams will be presented with prizes.
