Based on our vision, values and personal development initiatives, Cootharinga has introduced an employee of the month program.  We recognise and value our staffs abilities and the efforts they put in to making Cootharinga the outstanding organisation it is today.  Our staff are our shining stars, our champions of the cause and out of the box thinkers.  For a staff member to be a recipient of an "Above and Beyond Monthly Award",  is a reflection of their attitude, dedication and commitment to work.  Every month we will call for nominations for a different award category.  The winner will be acknowledged on this web page, in our staff newsletter and be given a $50 voucher from Millie J & Co.   From the 12 winners throughout  the year, an Employee of the Year will be recognised at our staff conference in December and hold that title for 12 months.

The winner of this months Above and Beyond - Valuing all Abilities Award will be announced shorty.
