POSITION VACANT: FULL TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER, MACKAY
Cootharinga is a leading organisation supporting people with disability and their families across northern Queensland. We are seeking a talented, passionate and positive person who will help support and grow our services in the Mackay region. You will be based in Mackay and will have strong skills and experience working with people with disabilities or complex support needs.
The successful applicant will assist with the management and leadership of a variety of flexible supports delivered to people with disability living in the Mackay region. The successful applicant will lead a variety of supports in an effective and efficient manner to ensure people are supported to meet their ongoing daily living needs and to participate in activities designed to meet their individual goals. The Assistant Manager will work as part of our Mackay leadership team ensuring that our supports are person centred and responsive to the changing needs of individuals and families.
