ICT System Administrator

This is a temporary full time position until 30 June 2017 with possible extension.

Cootharinga North Queensland is a leading organisation providing support to people with disability and their families across North Queensland.

About The Role:

To assist and support with the administration of all Cootharinga ICT infrastructure including software and hardware to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently and meets the requirements to deliver business capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support in diagnosing and resolving server-related issues and software malfunctions, encompassing workstations and communication infrastructure.
  • Provide support to ICT helpdesk as required.
  • Actively monitor the efficiency and performance of equipment, software and business applications.
  • Support and deliver ICT related projects alongside with ICT team.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationship with external ICT professional/contractors to assist with the ongoing ICT projects and system maintenance.
  • Travel to service locations across North Queensland to provide ICT support and training as required.
